Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returns for refund within 7 days of receipt of goods. All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns outside this period are at the discretion of the company and may be subject to 15% handling / restocking charge.
All returns are the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer's duty to make sure the goods are covered for insurance during return transit.
We are unable to refund carriage charges on the initial order or return carriage charges.
We are aware of and comply with the 2000 Distance Selling Regulations.
